The start of something big?

Here it is...my first post on my own blog. Nothing much to talk about but I wanted to write something. Here are today's thoughts...

USC won big against Hawaii but that's no surprise. I am a huge SC football fan. Here is an excellent site for all things Trojan!

The housing market just keeps climbing to ridiculous heights. Trust me, this is going to end badly. The last correction in Southern California was real ugly and that was before IO/ADJ rate mortgage's were all the rage. Economics may not be an exact science but all economic models point towards a major crash! Watch out.
